The book this has called in a English world a rather rough
response: in it on the basis of the off-the-shelf experimental
scientific data the difference in a I.Q. between races, typical
of USA is shown: white, colour, latinos. For this purpose huge
quantity of the representatives of each race was inspected, and
the I.Q. was determined on the average on each of them; the
representation of these races among classes in USA is knotted in
the book to an average level of intelligence of race.
"The Bell curve" in mathematics - schedule Gauss (normal) law of
distribution of density of probabilities of any value, in our
case - intelligence. This schedule characterizes probability of
the given I.Q. for the randomly taken representative of any
nationality or race. The position of maxima thus display the most
probable I.Q. for the randomly taken representative.

position of these maxima on a dial of intelligence for different
races as a whole variously, in spite of the fact that the
separate representatives of each nationality can have both rather

race.
Certainly, it is possible to argue concerning a technique of
examination, as adopted in USA so-called "the test IQ" does not
give the exhausting analysis of brain abilities test. This test
in basic characterizes such abilities of the man, which are
necessary for American, especially parasitic - market,

Therefore problems concerning speeds of reminder, orientation and
reaction on varied conditions here enter.
